• You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or Federal courts located in Passaic County, New Jersey, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of litigating any such action.
• The provisions of these Terms of Use are independent of and separate from each other, and no provision shall be affected or rendered invalid because any other provision may be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR SERVICES

• You must register with IH&S in order to access and use the specific portions of the Site. Upon registering, you will be asked to select a user ID and password. You are prohibited from permitting others to use you user ID and password. Your access to these services is licensed to you on a non-exclusive, revocable basis. The license is personal to your user ID, cannot be transferred by you to a third party, and may be revised by IH&S at any time upon notice to you. IH&S further may terminate this license and deny you access to the services from time to time without notice and for any reason.
• By registering with IH&S, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you are authorized on behalf of your company to use these services.
• You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your user name and password. Accordingly, we recommend that you protect you username and password and not share them with others.
• Obtaining a user ID and password for service authorizes you to download and use models and drawings and the content contained therein exclusively for your internal, non-public, business use. You are prohibited from publishing the drawings and information contained therein in any form to any third party without the prior written consent of IH&S. All reproductions shall identify the product as a IH&S product.
